I just tamed this at Otyugh’s Kraal in the fields of ruin. There was a event to kill Chief something, he summons a few waves of black ones that are tameable and when the event is over there is all but white tameable then.
I remember seeing a tamable black moa at the point of interest Mountainroot Lair in Harathi Hinderlands.
Both of these are not true
They fixed it
