Notes:	In order to get inside and get this POI u need a story line quest lvl 70-75. The actual event/storyline that gives access to this “Point of Interest” is the lvl.72 “Temple of the Forgotten God” (Personal Storyline Quest), in which you meet in the area for a speech and planning next move. (thanks Mightyodin) UPDATE : Since Halloween 2012 u can enter this area without having proper story line quest , since Caer Aval is an instance now.
