Straights of Devastation has clusters of herbs now as of July 15, 2014. I suggest you move that map of the SoD herb locations to a new page with the proper name for them now and the right drops you get off the nodes. http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Cluster_of_Herbs
Also, the circles for your Straights of Devastation map should extend further. The bottom most one should stretch as far as next to the middle of the Pact HQ.
The top one should go all the way from left to right and extend down closer to the top of the HQ.
Cluster of herbs spawn everywhere around there.
