New Ships:
Some players reported four ships with the same symbol on the sail. They are located in Lion’s Arch near Sanctum Harbor Waypoint, Claw Island Portage Waypoint and Sanctum Harbor Bay. One of the ships (near Claw Island Portage Waypoint ) is underwater.

Near the Claw Island Portage Waypoint is a small house with Asura gate nearby, but it doesn’t work yet.
Posters in the house
GW2 player Ashodin @ reddit was able to see additional posters in the house. The text on the posters is in New Krytan and Ashodin translated them into English.

The whales are not dead! You can use Water Bucket to make them wet.

To view these posters you need to way point far away from the center and then walk slowly to notice them. They all disappear when you come closer.

I found another translation.
They didnt just add the dolphin or humpback whales. Those have been there since the game launched.
Hmm, I never spotted dolphin or whales previously in LA. Maybe I made a mistake.
