Juvenile Salamander Drakes are amphibious pets located in Eternal Battlegrounds. Charr rangers can choose the Salamander Drake pet during the character creation. Juvenile Salamander Drakes are AoE damage pets with very short skill animations (range 130-250). With his unique skill Fire Breath Salamander Drake can burn its foes for 5 sec and make ~ 1700 damage. Unfortunately, I had the same problem with all drakes, it’s hard to keep them alive in general.

Can also be found in Lake Carnifex in Iron Marches, just south of the skill point.
