During the last few months ArenaNet scheduled bi-weekly updates with new achievements, content, instances, Open World updates, Guild Contents …. and we hope ArenaNet is able to keep up such a pace, since their fans are more than satisfied.

New GW2 items in Southsun Cove
The Last Stand at Southsun game update is slated for release in just over few days from now and will be available until June 11th. The Secret of Southsun offers a great opportunity to obtain some rare drops throughout Southsun Cove, and we prepared detailed guides with screenshots to guide you through the tasks.
- Earn the Sclerite Karka Shell, an exotic back item, by completing any 25 Secret of Southsun achievements.
- Trade in 10 samples from around Southsun Cove to complete an achievement and receive the Fervid Censer exotic back item.
- The Settler’s Amulet, Keepsake, and Ring, exotic items with Toughness, Healing, and Condition Damage stats, have been added as rare drops throughout Southsun Cove.
- There’s the Mini Reef Rider, an exotic miniature version of the Southsun Cove creature. This will be a rare drop throughout Southsun Cove only until June 11th.
New GW2 Mobile Crafting Station and Mystic Forge

GW2 introduces Consortium
Narrative Designer Scott McGough, introduced a new faction Consortium in the latest Guild Wars 2 video Meet the Consortium. According to Mr. McGough, Consortium has a very specific purpose which is still well hidden, and we still don’t know what their secret agenda is. GW2 Southsun Cove Sample Collection Locations
GW2 Southsun Cove Sample Collection Locations are part of Southsun Volunteer Fieldwork achievement. For this achievement is required to find eleven herb samples around Southsun Cove for Researcher Levvi. First you need to obtain sample detector device from Researcher Levvi. Sample detector gives you two unique abilities. The first one can scan area for the samples and it has 1200 range. The second ability can collect revealed samples. If you drop your device do not worry, it is in your inventory, you can use it again when you are near to another sample, otherwise stick with your weapons.

GW2 Sclerite Weapon Skins
GW2 Sclerite Weapon Skins are introduced with The Secrets of Southsun patch. You can acquire them from Consortium Arms Dealer located in Southeastern Southsun Cove (near Pearl Isle Waypoint), with Sclerite Weapon Claim Ticket, which can be obtained from Southsun Supply Crates. You can buy Southsun Supply Crates in the gemstore for 150 gems each or 10 for 1200 gems. Southsun Supply Crates are also drops from monsters in Southsun Cove.
